"Believe"

Wednesday, November 12, 2008

Christmas is just around the corner and I find it very hard to "believe!" But I was perusing through the computer and stumbled across a video of Tony (Bologna!) and I singing years back at South Hayward UMC a week or two before Christmas. The song is "Believe" sung by Josh Groban on the Polar Express soundtrack.

I ABSOLUTELY love his voice (Tony's. Well, Josh Groban's too!). He can SO work for Disney :)
Auntie Angie is playing on the piano
I think we had only one or two practices together before this
Towards the end it gets cut because the recording stopped so I tried my best to paste the two videos together! Ha
I messed up at the end.. oops

Here are the lyrics:

BELIEVE
Children sleeping, snow is softly falling
Dreams are calling like bells in the distance
We were dreamers not so long ago
But one by one we all had to grow up
When it seems the magic's slipped away
We find it all again on Christmas day

Believe in what your heart is saying
Hear the melody that's playing
There's no time to waste
There's so much to celebrate
Believe in what you feel inside
And give your dreams the wings to fly
You have everything you need
If you just believe

Trains move quickly to their journey's end
Destinations are where we begin again
Ships go sailing far across the sea
Trusting starlight to get where they need to be
When it seems that we have lost our way
We find ourselves again on Christmas day

Believe in what your heart is saying
Hear the melody that's playing
There's no time to waste
There's so much to celebrate
Believe in what you feel inside
And give your dreams the wings to fly
You have everything you need
If you just believe
If you just believe
If you just believe
If you just believe
Just believe
Just believe

and finally, the video...

Wednesday, Nov. 5, 08 - ABS-CBN and Alchemy

Monday, November 10, 2008

Just two videos. There are a lot more I have to post from the later half of last week. These two though are just silly stuff. Sarah doing her voice-over for Velvet and then Alchemy on Jena & Abbi's Bday (photo above) - Abbi's super drunk, Jena's not there, a rap group called "Missionaryo" and quick shots of Sol & Gabe as we all take in the groove of the music. Nice!

Halloween 2008 :)

Sunday, November 2, 2008

So I wasn't sure if I was going to even go out cuz I wasn't sure what I was going to be. Couldn't find a wig to be Dora. Jeff didn't know what he was going to be either. So he hit me up and we did our somewhat traditional last minute Halloween costume shopping. The videos are from Festival Mall, Top Notch Barbershop, Jeff's casa and the last club I ended up at - Fiamma. Enjoy!
